1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or use our services. By using the Site or submitting booking information, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3) Event Space, Retreats & Bookings

  • Reservations & Quotes: All messages through the Site are requests for availability and do not constitute a confirmed reservation until we issue written confirmation and payment terms.
  • Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit plan is required prior to confirmation of reservation.
  • Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellation policies and refund eligibility vary depending on the event type and date. Unless otherwise stated in a specific booking agreement, you agree to review the applicable cancellation policy and fees at the time of booking.

4) Pricing

All pricing is in U.S. dollars and is subject to change without notice. Quotes provided in writing are valid for the period specified within the quote.

5) Use of Facilities

Guests and event organizers are responsible for:

  • The conduct of all attendees
  • Damage to property or equipment
  • Compliance with local laws, fire codes, and safety regulations

We reserve the right to end any event or access to facilities at our discretion for safety concerns or violation of rules.

6) Intellectual Property

The content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos — is owned by or licensed to The Farm and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Republish, reproduce, or distribute any Site content without permission
  • Use our branding, trademarks, or photos for commercial purposes

7) User-Generated Content
